Wanting to have a bit of extra muscle for my Palatine Enforcer Patrol, I picked up a box of Astra Militarum Bullgryns. The first Bullgryn to be assembled, primed and painted was the one armed with the Battle Maul and Suppression Shield. I deliberated on how which colour scheme I was going to paint him, what colour uniform etc. As I have yet to paint my Palatine Enforcers, for exactly the same reason, I couldn't paint him to match them. I decided to go with the vanilla colour scheme, as I always do, as this would fit in with the vanilla colour scheme for the Enforcers too. If I was to go down that route. So I painted his armour a blue/grey and gave him light khaki pants. His respirator was a lighter blue/grey than his armour and his shield was painted a hue of green. I am working on a Necromunda fighter card for him at the moment, his Battle Maul will just count as a Power Maul but I'm not quite sure about his shield. He will be a close combat brute, with the ability to break up any riot or bar fight in the Underhive. For that extra explosive power he'll be equipped with a few Frag Grenades too.
