This miniature has been in my collection unpainted for sometime. Purchased to be used was a Venator option in Necromunda, counting his Kustom Mega Slugger as a Combi Bolt Pistol/Hand Flamer, the large wrench will count as a maul. My intention was to get him painted during Orctober but unfortunately I missed the window, but at least I have finished him now. A relative cheap model in the range and one that often goes in and out of stock. It is quite and old sculpt now and the pose he is in reflects that. I always enjoy painting Orc flesh. As always he is painted in the colour scheme illustrated on the Games Workshop website (very vanilla I know), with his yellow armour and blue pants. The check pattern on the spanner mounted on his banner pole. My interest in Warhammer 40K, back at the release of 2nd Edition, was the Orks and I had quite a collection, including some pretty cool older metal miniatures. I will be working on the fighter card for the model for Necromunda soon and will post it here once it's completed if you are interest in seeing how I will play him in the game.
